Rosa Loves… A ‘peplum’ cake party at Apollina’s.
Let me tell you, I am one lucky lady. A couple of weekends ago, my friend Apollina invited Katalina and I to come over to her place for a cake party. Apollina is the talented baker behind all those amazing fashion cakes you’ve seen in Refinery29, Martha Stewart Weddings, Harper’s Bazaar, and the Glitter Guide. For her second feature on Martha Stewart, Apollina was inspired by the pink and white belted peplum dress from the Jason Wu’s Spring 2012 RTW collection. The cake was so perfect, she even added the touch of the houndstooth pattern on the top. The adorable peplum cake wasn’t only pretty, it was also incredibly delicious.
