Rosa Loves… Pancakes.
Erica and I went to Leopold’s Kafe on Saturday and I am still thinking about the lemon soufflé pancakes I had for brunch. I was starving after a very busy morning running errands and those pancakes were just what I needed for our shopping in Georgetown and a long walk to the metro that afternoon.
