Rosa Loves… Spending time with friends.
It was a busy week with work presentations, personal commitments, and nerdy projects, but overall it was great because I was still able to spend time with friends:
- I met a friend in Cleveland Park and we both decided we needed some Maple Bacon ice cream from Sugar Magnolia. Do yourself a favor and go get some if you live in the District, it’s out of this world (and if you are planning on visiting DC anytime soon, put it on your list of things to do).
- After a much needed haircut, I met Casie of Whipped Style and Justin of Rock This Frock for wine and a quick bite at Cesco Osteria in Bethesda. Thanks for the fun chat ladies!
- I wore polka dots and my favorite black flats to the GWU Women in Business Event where my friend Sara of High Fashion for Less was a panelist. After the event, we walked over to Circa at Foggy Bottom along with Apollina, Katalina, and Gilda for an impromptu dinner. We had such a fabulous time catching up and talking about the most recent Presidential debate and Ryan Gosling among other topics.
And this weekend I have plans to see some more friends for shopping, cupcakes and a dinner party.
